How far in advance do I have to order?
We are happy to take your order up to 12 hours prior to the required delivery time.
How do I pay?
You can either pay when you pick up your order, or via the handling agent. The following methods of payment are accepted: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express), debit card or cash.
How and where do I get my order?
- Pick up your order in person from Cat’s Corner daily from 6 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 3 pm, Sunday closed.
- Delivery to the aircraft by the handling agent from 6 am to 11 pm.

How long before delivery can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel without incurring costs up to 6 hours before the agreed delivery time. After this, we will charge up to 100% of the order. Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
How will the hot food be packaged?
In microwaveable dishes or containers.
How are soups delivered?
In microwaveable containers with lids.
